Quality Objectives
Quality objectives are developed to support the direction and policy of KMB. Several targets and objectives for each department / division have been developed to realize the direction of the college according to the capabilities from time to time. To ensure the quality policy can be achieved, quality objectives are set for each level involved in SPK namely:
1. 100% of the total number of the final semester students pass and awarded with an IB Diploma or an A Levels Certificate.
2. At least 85% of students attain IB ≥35 points in the IB examinations and ≥13 points in the A-Levels examinations each year.
3. Employees attend at least seven (7) days of Professionalism Development Course within one (1) year.
4. Employees attend at least one (1) workshop each year which guides them to adapt to emerging academic needs and changes.
5. At least 30% of teaching approaches involve inquiry-based methods.
6. At least 95% of lecturers score 80% and above in the teaching evaluation carried out by students at the end of each semester.
7. Implement student entrepreneurship programs at least 3 times a year.
8. Students participate in competitions / innovation programs and skills at least once a year.
9. Students engage in at least one (1) CAS programme each year involving the local community.
10. Establish joint-venture programs with various communities outside the college at least 10 times a year.
